Chartered Organisational Psychologist with 20 years’ experience in design and delivery of learning solutions, group facilitation and coaching. Deirdre is also a certified ECR (Emotional Capital Report) coach, working with clients to enhance their emotional intelligence competencies.

 

In a nutshell, Organisational Psychology (sometimes called Occupational Psychology or Work Psychology) involves the study of human behaviour at work. Organisational psychologists use the body of research and knowledge from this field to facilitate individuals and teams to reach their full potential.

 

Within this field, Deirdre specialises in facilitation and coaching around impactful communications, building confidence, managing time and energy, unlocking creative processes and helping clients to vision and create the career and life they want.

 

As a chartered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI), Deirdre operates according to a code of ethics and receives regular supervision and continuous professional development.
